The Super Six series of concrete truck mixer can provide up to a saving of
Rs five lakh in fuel cost in five years.
Schwing Stetter India announced its partnership with Mahindra Powerol to launch its new premium variant of concrete truck mixer series, 'Super Six'. In an industry-first initiative, Schwing Stetter and Mahindra Powerol have joined hands to launch this fuel-efficient product.
The Super Six truck mixers were conceptualised based on the current needs of customers in this segment and will have the Mahindra Powerol engines. The Super Six truck mixers have undergone several extensive trials to meet the industry requirements of smart, premium and intelligent products. The Super Six variants include: Super Six IOT In, Super Six IOT Ready, Super Six GPS and and Super Six Standard.
Significant features of Super Six are: large loading volume, optimum drive characteristics, best-in-class spiral geometry, Stetter T-protect wear protection, large clearance for concrete discharge, easy to clean and service, highest resale value, best-in-class fuel efficiency resulting in lowest lifecycle cost which helps customer save 'five lakh in five years', future-ready engines, available
with Mahindra Suraksha - a comprehensive maintenance program and livetrack system which can be supplied on requirement.
The new engine is developed from Mahindra's tractor engines. According to Mahindra Powerol, the new engine is 60 per cent more fuel efficient which leads to a savings of up to Rs one lakh a year.

Schwing Stetter India has the tradition of launching products during exhibitions such as Excon and bC India. Then why there is a product launch in the middle of the year? VG Sakthikumar, Managing Director, Schwing Stetter Sales and Services, explains, 'The reason for launching this product now is because the market is growing very fast and what we achieve in sales in one year, we have achieved in six months. This makes it really important to go ahead with the new product even though in the middle of the year. Another reason for launching this product is the increasing diesel fuel price. This has also put a responsibility on us to come out with new products that can save fuel and thus operational cost.'
