TAL Manufacturing expands its existing range of vertical machining centers series.
The launch of new generation break-through technology machines marks a major milestone in the progression of TAL’s world class cost-effective technology offerings. These new standard products will expand its existing range of vertical machining centers series. These contemporary machine tools from TAL are designed to meet the most stringent standards of precision and other performance parameters.

TAL 5-axes Flexi cut (5X-700) versatile production center machine, being presented for the first time in India, is based on the PKM (Parallel Kinematics) technology, from Exechon AB, Sweden. This machine has versatile machining, and other production capabilities for most complex machining and other production requirements, with minimal or no set ups, facilitating the production of complex components, where normally a multiple number of machines would have to be engaged in a conventional set up. The construction of this machine, using the PKM technology, is extremely agile. The machine can work on more surfaces in a single set up. Higher accuracies can be achieved for longer and bigger parts. It combines the flexibility of a robot, and the rigidity and precision of machine tools, to provide versatile high production applications, in the same set up.
