CASE Construction Equipment launched a new 1107 DX vibratory soil compactor which completes the compactor line-up alongside the upgraded 752 and the smaller 450 DX.
The new 1107 DX completes CASE´s compactor offering, which also includes the 450 DX and the 752 at the lower end of the range that puts CASE in the lead of this segments market. The new model takes operator comfort and safety to new levels, while delivering a reliable performance with excellent fuel efficiency. This new product delivers everything the industry would expect from the market leader of the compactor segment in India.
The new vibratory soil compactor is available in three configurations to meet every road need: the basic 1107 DX with single drive and smooth drum for multi-purpose activities and ideal for normal jobs; the 1107 DX-D with double drive, more indicated to compact uphill and graded soils; and the 1107 DX-PD available in double or single drive and a pad foot drum for compacting clayey soils.
With an operating weight of 11,300 kgs, combined with the dynamic force of vibration, the 1107 DX delivers best-in-class compaction performances.
Productivity:The 1107 DX features a powerful four-cylinder water cooled turbocharged 105 hp engine that delivers excellent fuel efficiency and adds to the machine´s durability. The new water cooled engine combined with the turbo pre-cleaner deliver fuel efficiency and longer engine life.
Superior comfort and safety:The operator environment has been designed to enhance the driver´s comfort and safe operation. The new two-post canopy structure provides excellent visibility, which is further improved to the rear by the new sloping hood. The 90 degrees clockwise rotating seat and the operator platform isolated from vibration make for smooth and comfortable operation. The wrap-around railing contributes to better operator safety.
Easy serviceability: The tilting FRP hood provides ample access for maintenance operations, full access to the hydrostatic pump and hydraulic filter, making daily servicing quick and easy for reduced downtime and operating costs, resulting in better profitability.
