ALL Erection & Crane Rental has purchased 30 new Manitowoc and Grove cranes to add to its 34-branch fleet. Michael L Liptak, President of ALL, said crane use is at the highest level he's seen in years, including in northeast Ohio and other areas of the Midwest, the southern US and Canada. Power and energy projects are booming, as is road and bridge work. 'We choose Manitowoc because it builds great cranes,' Liptak explained. 'Manitowoc Crane Care professionals are also a huge plus. They understand and love cranes, and provide excellent and timely support.' Though several of the cranes will be sent to ALL's 34 branches around the US, most of the new purchases will be sent to the company's headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio, to meet spiking demand. Included in the deal are: 10 Manitowoc 2250 crawler cranes with five luffing jibs, 10 Grove RT650E rough-terrain cranes, 10 Grove RT540E rough-terrain cranes.
