Launched worldwide during 2012, the new F Series offers Indian customers fast acceleration, performing cycle times, high travel speeds and productivity, together with reduced fuel consumption.
Case Construction Equipment recently launched its new F series wheel loaders. The F Series loaders are powered by fuel efficient diesel engines, with improved programmable power modes while the comfortable cab environment reduces operator fatigue, increasing productivity.
Advanced engine technology: The two new loaders, the 721F and 821F, run an FPT Industrial 6.7 litre Tier 3 engine, which boasts great power and torque output, using proven technology to meet the most demanding applications. The Case four mode programmable power control - offering Economy, Standard, Auto and Max settings - provides operators with increased flexibility when matching the engine output for each task.
Productivity boost: Limited slip differentials are standard in both front and rear axles, providing outstanding traction in all ground conditions. The four-speed transmission with manual kick-down setting allows maximum traction and bucket breakout during digging and loading operations. Between loads, a dual-mode shutdown feature allows the operator to set and limit the time that the machine can idle, in five minute increments.
The cooling cube: The unique design of the Case wheel loaders cooling system, with the five radiators mounted to form a cube instead of overlapping, ensures that each radiator receives fresh air, and that clean air enters from the sides and the top resulting in high efficiency for the system. This feature also improves machine's stability and allows the loader to properly operate in all applications from stock piling to quarry.
Class-leading comfort: The F Series cab offers an unobstructed view to both edges of the bucket or attachment, while a wide window and the sloping engine cover provide excellent visibility to the rear. The standard advanced instrument cluster allows operators to adjust various machine functions from within the cab without relying on a service technician. Ergonomically placed controls and a new heated cloth seat with seven adjustment modes complete the cab improvements, ensuring that operators will stay comfortable and productive throughout the day.
