Putzmeister offers a range of concrete pumps to suite the various customer segments based on application requirements.
BSA 1404HD: This is an upgraded version of Putzmeister's most popular stationary concrete pump model BSA1404D. This upgraded version BSA1404HD is a high pressure pump that caters to concrete pumping to 80-100 m building heights. This pump has smaller towing length for better maneuverability in narrow areas, thus most suitable for RMC pumping contractors and infrastructure companies. Apart from providing the benefit of better fuel economy, the pump is available in various drive options of engines as well as electric versions (BSA 1403HE). The newly introduced stationary pump further lowers the impact of concrete on its wear parts, thus giving 50-80 per cent more life. BSA 1404 HD pump is a special development for India and it has become a huge success among Indian customers since its launch in October 2009.
BSA 1407D: This is a high output concrete pump (72 cu m/hr) with delivery pressure of 106 bar. It is equipped with big mouth S-valve for easy suction of concrete thus removing the possibility of concrete blockage. The S-valve technology prevents frequent breakdowns, giving uninterrupted flow of work, unlike pumps using any other technology. The pump is available with various engine options as well as Electric version (BSA 1406E).
MOLI 1405HD / 1407D: Putzmeister's mobile line pump is a full featured machine equipped with 100 m pipeline, air compressor, high pressure flushing water pump with water tank and centralised greasing system. The mobile line pump is aesthetically designed to take care of driver's clear vision of the backside of the truck, unlike other manufacturers. MOLI has got dedicated space for clamp couplings, toolbox, etc. Because of its design, all the core components are in easy access for serviceability.
BSA 702D: This stationary pump has been launched recently, especially for smaller projects. It can be used very conveniently with reversible drum mixers. It is an entry level machine for contractors and builders who are doing smaller projects.
BSF 36: Two years ago, Putzmeister launched its 36 m boom in India on a 3-axle homologated truck, as per the weight norms of Indian road regulations. It was a big success in the industry, and has helped Putzmeister to corner more than half of the total boom pump market share. The pump is mounted with separate slave/ deck engine for lower operational costs and reduced fuel consumption.
BSF 42: Putzmeister launched a homologated truck-mounted boom pump on a normal priced truck chassis. BSF42 boom pump is equipped with five arms for better reach and maneuverability even in areas with space and operating restrictions. It has a maximum vertical reach of 41.6 m (136 ft) and horizontal reach of 37.6 m (123 ft). It is also equipped with a 137 cu m/hr core pump and is mounted on a homologated chassis which is allowed to run on Indian roads. It is equipped with big mouth S-valve 2318 for harsh concrete, and also equipped with free flow hydraulics for better performance and low hydraulic oil consumption, cross outriggers for better stability with lesser ground space, highly wear resistant steel components.
Truck-mounted boom pump
BSF 2007: BSF 2007 is a city pump. If there is no space on the job site for a truck-mounted concrete pump, then BSF 2007 is the perfect solution. It solves the problem of space constraint as due to the small footprint, this machine is suitable to operate in congested cities. It has a support area which is barely larger than the truck surface area. So it can park and start concrete pumping at any location. It is a versatile champion on the road. This truck-mounted concrete pump BSF 2007 is the ideal solution for RMC and road contractors. Its latest Z fold technology makes it superior to any other machine in its class. The machine is available with slave engine and the total weight including truck is below 16.5 tonne. So, it is the longest boom pump available on a two-axle truck in India.
A flexible 3-arm boom: Three short flexible arms in a Z-fold system provide maximum flexibility during use. The M 20-3 shows off its strengths particularly when concreting low buildings and structures, but also when reaching into the higher storeys of a building. Its unfolding height is just 4 m. The boom is equipped with a DN 125/5.5ö delivery line.
The flexible Z fold 3-arm boom is able to access the smallest of openings in a building without the slightest effort. With hose extensions attached to the boom end or directly onto the hopper outlet, the M-20-3 is the master of work with space constraints.
Small support areas are the big advantage of the BSF 2007 with an area of only 3.9 m at the front. The machine can be fully supported on a surface no bigger than the area taken by the front outriggers. This allows an almost unrestricted flow of traffic, even in cramped situations. And the machine can operate on construction sites that are inaccessible for larger truck-mounted concrete pumps.
On the road, the BSF 2007 always cuts a fine figure, thanks to a 2-axle chassis with a small wheel base. It is safe and agile as it drives through the densest of traffic. It is ideal for narrow roads and closely spaced buildings in inner cities.
It minimises storage and wear due to delivery line having only seven standard 90¦ round elbows on boom.
Its slave engine helps in fuel savings and lower operational costs. Its latest S-valve technology makes it extremely wear resistant and reliable.
Mix booms: Putzmeister's MX Booms are used worldwide on high rise buildings for economic distribution of concrete. These are available in 28 m, 32 m and 36 m configurations. These booms are available with or without counter weights and equipped with Z-folding system for synchronous opening of the boom. The new system requires simple square opening of 1,000 x 1,000 mm in the slab.
Stationary placing boom systems: These are ideal for high rise building because they climb with the building floor by floor and ensure the shortest concrete distribution time. The placing booms can reach from 24 m to 50 m in radius.
