Streparava Holding SPA, an Italian automotive parts maker, has bought a 51 per cent stake in a subsidiary of joint venture partner Sansera Engineering. Streparava earlier held 49 per cent equity in the joint venture. Sansera + Streparava Engineering, located in Bengaluru, will now become Streparava's wholly owned unit. Streparava makes rocker arms, chassis components, bearing cups, valve bridges and other powertrain components for trucks and buses. The Italian company is also present in Brazil, Spain and China.
